Course Dessert, Snack

  • 2 cups rolled oats (Gluten free if necessary)
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper (you don't need parchment paper, but its easier to remove the crisps after baking)
  • Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure everything is well coated.
  • Spread evenly onto your baking sheet and press it down very well with a spatula
  • Bake for 12 minutes at 350
  • Lower the heat to 300 and bake for about 20-23 more minutes. Check your oven frequently towards the end so that nothing burns. Once the edges look super crispy and the syrup started to bubble, its ready!
  • Remove your baking sheet from the oven, and let the crisps cool for about 15 minutes before removing from the pan
  • Remove the clusters in pieces and let them cool on a cooling rack.
  • Enjoy!
