Maple Granola Clusters
These delicious maple granola clusters are a great treat, snack, or dessert! They are very easy to prepare and store very well!
- 2 cups rolled oats (Gluten free if necessary)
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper (you don't need parchment paper, but its easier to remove the crisps after baking)
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure everything is well coated.
Spread evenly onto your baking sheet and press it down very well with a spatula
Bake for 12 minutes at 350
Lower the heat to 300 and bake for about 20-23 more minutes. Check your oven frequently towards the end so that nothing burns. Once the edges look super crispy and the syrup started to bubble, its ready!
Remove your baking sheet from the oven, and let the crisps cool for about 15 minutes before removing from the pan
Remove the clusters in pieces and let them cool on a cooling rack.
