Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper
Mix together the cooked quinoa, mashed bananas, walnuts, maple syrup, vanilla, flax eggs, and cinnamon in a medium bowl until well incorporated.
In a small bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
Add the flour mixture into the quinoa mixture and stir well.
Spread evenly into your baking dish.
Bake for 30-32 minutes
