Healthy Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

This delicious and healthy chocolate chia pudding recipe makes the perfect snack, breakfast or dessert!

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (I prefer Navitas organics)
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened plant milk (I prefer oatly or coconut)


  • Place all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend on high for 3-5 minutes (scraping down the chia seeds a few times) 
  • Once the pudding is a thick consistency, it's ready to either enjoy or store in the fridge.
  • Your chocolate chia pudding will store in the fridge for up to 4 days in an air tight container.
