I’m a mom, wife, and personal chef to four mini chefs and my wonderful husband. I come from a family of foodies, and I’m proud of it!
My Food Philosophy
I cook primarily plant-based dishes that will delight your senses. I have a passion for making food look, smell, and taste amazing, all while using the most natural and organic ingredients I can find (and afford!). I love using different colors, textures, and consistencies so that a meal will never be boring!
I decided to start this blog shortly after we moved to New Hampshire. I’ve always wanted to write a blog, but I didn’t think I had enough to write about! I found myself writing long posts on my Instagram and just loving it! A passion inside was sparked, and I knew it was the right time to start sharing my story with the world. Our family has been through a lot of stress and I found myself requiring time to create, write, and cook A LOT!
My Family’s Health Story
I have four kids under ten (as of 2019)! I love them dearly, but some days can be quite stressful.

I found myself depressed and extremely anxious after her diagnosis. After a couple of difficult years, I discovered that cooking not only calmed me down, but it created joy in my soul that I had never felt before.
With so much less stress, I found myself creating constantly. I love food photography, styling, and developing recipes. My Lilibean is full of joy and her passion for life is magnetic. She inspires me every single day!
When I’m not in the kitchen, I love to be outdoors. My family loves to hike, swim, and enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer. We moved here in the summer of 2018, and absolutely love it! The Farmer’s Markets in Concord and Contoocook are the highlights of my week. We have wonderful local products and organic fruits and veggies.
I enjoy the whole process of preparing a meal, from farm to table! I love to involve the whole family. You’ll be amazed at how much your kids can accomplish in the kitchen. I hope you’ll join me and follow us on our journey to living a happy, healthy, delicious and REAL life from scratch!
